  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Harmonisierung kaufmännischer Prozesse in den europäischen Landesgesellschaften
  • Steuerung von Finance-Transformations- und ERP-Implementierungsprojekten (Salesforce)
  • Einführung europaweiter Standards für Prozesse, E-Invoicing, Reporting und Governance
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Operations, IT sowie den lokalen Landesgesellschaften
  • Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Implementierung, Schulung und nachhaltige Verankerung neuer Prozesse und Standards
  • Überwachung der Umsetzung anhand von KPIs sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung (idealerweise 7+ Jahre) in einer Unternehmensberatung oder in einer vergleichbaren Inhouse-Funktion mit Schwerpunkt Finance Transformation, Prozessoptimierung oder ERP-Implementierung
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Analyse, Neugestaltung und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Rahmen von IT- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung und Durchsetzung standardisierter Prozesse in internationalen Organisationen
  • Erfahrung im Management komplexer, funktionsübergreifender Projekte
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Change-Management-Kompetenz
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas (mind. 20 %) sowie Flexibilität für internationale Einsätze
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
