Finance Transformation Program Manager, WW Operations FP&A Transformation

WW Ops Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) seeks a Finance Transformation Program Manager to drive initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of our finance function. This role partners with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to simplify and automate financial processes, improve reporting and analytics, and implement solutions that enable faster, more accurate decision-making.

This individual will own cross-functional programs, influence stakeholders across levels, and keep leadership informed and aligned through clear, structured communication at every stage of execution. The right candidate brings demonstrated program management experience, exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to connect business requirements to system and process solutions, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Key job responsibilities
• - Own cross-functional programs end-to-end, from identifying process improvement and transformation opportunities through implementation
• - Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline financial processes, reporting, and analytics
• - Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable process and system solutions
• - Evaluate, pilot, and embed Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools into financial workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and analytical depth
• - Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, Technology, and business teams
• - Distill program status, risks, and decisions into concise narratives for senior leadership, ensuring decision-makers have accurate and timely information
• - Drive alignment across competing priorities and keep cross-functional partners engaged and accountable throughout the program lifecycle

Basic qualifications

• - 5+ years of program or project management experience
• - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred qualifications

• - Knowledge of general AI tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
