The Opportunity

As a Finance Transformation - Systems Integration Developer, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services for digital finance solutions using Oracle technologies, working closely with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will provide advice in areas such as financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial operations optimization, enabling clients to enhance their financial management capabilities and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing client financial processes to design and implement Oracle-based digital finance solutions
• - Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and optimize operational efficiency
• - Leading the integration and utilization of business applications to enhance financial management capabilities
• - Providing training and support to clients for seamless adoption of Oracle NetSuite solutions
• - Utilizing analytical thinking and business process modeling to address complex client needs
• - Managing project delivery and documentation to align with client expectations and timelines
• - Applying agile methodology to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver quality outcomes
• - Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships to facilitate effective communication and project success
• - Overseeing project budgeting and integration to optimize resource allocation and financial performance
• - Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and client requirements

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology

- Implementing enterprise integrations using Boomi, Workato, Celigo, and Oracle Integration Cloud, with exposure to NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce

- Developing custom integrations using SI connectors and relevant programming languages, preferably within software industry environments

• - Delivering systems integration consulting across complex enterprise technology environments
• - Navigating complex situations with agility and adaptability
• - Utilizing Oracle NetSuite for finance technology solutions
• - Managing IT project lifecycles with precision and foresight
• - Demonstrating analytical thinking to solve business challenges
• - Excelling in stakeholder management and client relationship building

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
