The Financial Accountant will report to the Financial Accounting Manager.

Key responsabilities:

• •Responsible for bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing, reporting, payments, coordination with external consultants, and intercompany reconciliation activities.
• •Support accounts receivable activities, including serving as backup for invoice processing.
• •Support accounts payable activities, including payment initiation.
• •Support the Financial Accounting Manager in various projects, analyses, and technical accounting matters.
• •Collaborate with and provide required information to the Shared Service Center to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.
• •Manage the general Finance mailbox, including communication with customers and vendors.
• •Oversee the dunning process and support cash collection activities.
• •Prepare quarterly reporting packages for all entities.
• •Maintain VAT tax codes within the ERP system.
• •Ensure proper document storage and records retention in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• •Commercial Education with further education in Finance and Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance position within an international business environment.
• •Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• •Proficient user of ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Outlook.
• •Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• •Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• •Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
• •Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
• •Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with shared services teams, external partners, and multiple legal entities.
• •Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to solve problems and improve processes.
