# Deine Aufgaben

  • Sorgfältige Führung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie der Bank- und Kassenkonten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von OPOS- und Sachkonten
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Prüfungen durch externe Partner
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Kontrolle und Buchung von Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen

  • Office-Mentalität: Wir arbeiten vor Ort!
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten, Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei oder im Rechnungswesen, idealerweise im internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit
