ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Manage month-end close activities , financial reporting, book closure, and support internal/external audits while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• •Drive FP&A activities , including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly management reports.
• •Perform cash flow planning and analysis , monitor working capital, and provide financial support for plant controlling activities.
• •Prepare and consolidate global reporting packs and Management Business Review (MBR) presentations for leadership reviews.
• •Conduct product profitability analysis and provide actionable insights to improve margins, cost efficiencies, and business performance.
• •Monitor and optimize Net Working Capital (NWC) , including inventory, receivables, and payables, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Your Background

• •Exp – 6+ years and qualification (CA or CA inter or MBA – finance)
• •Exp in Month End Activities, Month-end reporting, Book Closure and Audit Support.
• •Worked on Cash flow and FP&A activities (Relating to plant controlling)
• •Exp with global reporting, Budgeting, forecasting, MBR preparations.
• •Worked on product profitability analysis and NWC (Networking capital)
