The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning and decision‑making processes at Sanimax. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this position is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and validating financial data and reports to support forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reviews.

Responsibilities Include:

• •Business Partner in overall financial strategy.
• •Proactively supporting and constructively challenges the management team in the definition and execution of business plans.
• •Contribute with constant focus on performance management and with high quality analysis to help strengthen the decision-making processes.
• •Drive the financial performance management in both long term and short term KPIs and the selection of relevant measurements.
• •Monitor and follow up on main KPIs and ensure that the business management team is taking corrective actions if needed.
• •Responsible for weekly/monthly financial statement analysis and performance analysis
• •Prepare monthly presentations to be delivered to the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• •Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• •CPA with some audit experience (preferred)
• •5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and rigor in data management.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with an ERP (preferably Infor M3) and reporting tools such as Power BI is a strong asset.
• •Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
