Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

• •Support the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• •Maintain and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• •Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities.
• •Facilitate plant programs controlling together with plant FC and NA region manager in charge.
• •Financial Analysis & Reporting

• •Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L and key financial indicators.
• •Cost Control & Profitability Analysis

• •Analyze fixed and variable costs and monitor cost efficiencies.
• •Support cost optimization and savings initiatives.
• •Evaluate profitability by product, customer, project, or business unit, as applicable.
• •Assist with pricing, volume, and margin analysis.
• •Business Partnering & Decision Support

• •Act as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams.
• •Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
• •Support evaluation of capital expenditures (Capex), including ROI and payback analysis.
• •Provide financial input for new initiatives, projects, or business cases.
• •Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.
• •Maintain documentation of assumptions and financial methodologies.
• •Support internal and external audits when required.
• •Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards

• •Conduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variance analysis, identifying drivers and root causes.
• •Track and report financial and operational KPIs to support business performance monitoring.
• •Provide clear explanations of financial results to management and business partners.

What Do We Expect From You:

Fluent English

• •Bachelor of Public Accounting / Finance or Economics.
• •Economic and/or administrative studies.

5 years in the accounting and/or finance position.

3 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing and automotive industry (Tier 1)

Excell and ERP Systems experience
