Financial Controller

Are you an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? At GEA Westfalia Separator DK, we're looking for a Financial Controller to strengthen our finance team in Skanderborg and support our business with accurate reporting, financial analysis, and process improvements.

In this role, you will gain broad exposure across financial controlling, reporting, forecasting, and business support while working closely with colleagues across the organization. Responsibilities / Tasks

As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function through reporting, analysis, and operational finance activities. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help ensure accurate financial data, support decision-making, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

More specifically, you will:

• •Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and KPI performance.
• •Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
• •Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• •Manage VAT reporting, intercompany transactions, and compliance-related finance processes.
• •Monitor receivables, payables, and collection activities while supporting invoicing processes.
• •Drive improvements in finance processes, reporting tools, and transition to new ERP system (SAP S/4HANA).
• •Support audits, ad hoc analyses, and business partnering across the organization.

Your Profile / Qualifications

You are eager to develop your career within finance and controlling and enjoy working with both financial data and business stakeholders. You combine analytical skills with a structured and proactive approach to your work.

We imagine that you have:

• •A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
• •1-3 years of experience within controlling, accounting, audit, or finance.
• •Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.
• •Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Business Central is an advantage.
• •Full Danish and English proficiency
• •A structured and collaborative way of working.
