Für unseren erfolgreichen Kunden in Offenburg suchen wir ab sofort einen Financial Controller (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung.

  • Bringen Sie Ihr analytisches Know-how ein und übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die finanzielle Steuerung – in einem Unternehmen, das Ihre Expertise schätzt und Ihnen Entwicklungsperspektiven bietet.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

Financial Controller (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreports sowie Kennzahlenanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Kostencontrolling
  • Analyse von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachabteilungen und Geschäftsführung
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Controlling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, DATEV) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting
  • Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
