Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

Financial Controller (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreports
  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Abweichungsanalysen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Budgets und Forecasts
  • Unterstützung bei der Unternehmensplanung
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Steuerung der Geschäftsprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen sowie der Geschäftsführung
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
