## Financial Controller (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung

  • Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
  • Übernahme des laufenden Monitorings der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung von Projekten
  • Erstellung von Konzernreports, Budgets und Forecasts
  • Forderungsmanagement
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, insb. bei der Überleitung von HGB nach IFRS und der Prüfung und Abrechnung von Projekten
  • Bereitstellung des Reportings im Konzernprogramm One Stream
  • Durchführung von Intercompany Abstimmungen
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen
  • Prüfung und Buchung von Produktivstunden
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen, insb. im Projektmanagement
  • Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc Anfragen des Managements
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Controlling- Prozessen und Systemen

  • Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Controlling oder Finanzwesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP, JDE, Oracle oder Infor LN
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Excel
  • Praxis in der Nutzung konsolidierter Reportingtools wie OneStream
  • Kenntnisse im projektbezogenen Controlling sowie Monitoring wirtschaftlicher Entwicklungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Methoden der Budgetierung, Forecasting und Analyseprozessen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
