### Das machen Sie bei uns:

  • Kaufmännische Steuerung sowie Unterstützung des Financial Directors und des Zentralcontrollings der Region Nordost
  • Sparringspartner für den kaufmännischen Niederlassungsleiter, Bereichscontroller und Ansprechpartner bei Fragen des Zentralcontrollings
  • Mitwirkung und Kontrolle der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (HGB & IFRS)
  • Monitoring und Steuerung von NAL, OP, Skonto, Sonderleistungen und Preisanpassungen
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für den Financial Director und die Geschäftsführung sowie Bearbeitung zentraler Anfragen
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Reports sowie Plausibilisierung der Daten
  • Aufbereitung der Auswertungen für Business-Review-Meetings
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung
  • Prozessmanagement - Ausbau, Optimierung und Anpassung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von SAP S4 / Hana

### Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (z. B. BWL, Finance, Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ: kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation im Controlling / Finanzwesen (z. B. geprüfter Controller, Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften und Schnittstellen
