Your Impact & Contribution

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you'll play an important role in managing customer account and balance s to meet our compliance requirements.

Y ou'll assist with tasks including daily settlement, chargebacks, accounts in arrears, unclaimed monies and accounts payable activities.

You will be required to engage with customers via email or phone with empathy and professionalism .

You'll work closely with teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Risk and Compliance, sharing insights, identifying operational issues and helping improve our processes and customer experience.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, working with financial processes and solving problems. You'll be comfortable working across different priorities, taking ownership of tasks and adapting as Kit continues to grow.

Reporting to: Senior Manager Operations & Risk

Your Responsibilities

Manage recurring financial operations accurately and within required timeframes.

Manage accounts payable activities, including invoice and transaction processing, reconciliation and payment-related administration.

Monitor and action customer account matters, including appropriate follow-up where required.

Help resolve customer questions, issues and complaints accurately and efficiently.

E scalate more complex issues when needed and help see them through to resolution.

Support customers experiencing financial hardship and complete agreed customer check ins.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure activities are completed in line with relevant processes and controls.

Identify and escalate issues, discrepancies or risks, while supporting ongoing process improvements.

Use initiative and good judgement when working through new or unclear situations.

Your Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with financial transactions, reconciliations and operational processes.

High level of personal accountability, and g ood organisational skills with the ability to manage regular and recurring tasks.

Experience in customer operations role or similar

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem - solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve customer and operational issues.

Able to work effectively in a fast - paced environment where priorities and processes may change.

Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders.

Experience with customer support platforms is desi rable .

Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, accounts payable or digital products is advantageous but not essential.
