What you’ll do

Consolidate headcount and P&L forecasts in Pigment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across each planning cycle.

Deliver on critical ELT, Board, and Investor Relations (IR) updates, translating complex financial data into clear, decision-ready materials.

Drive the close process in Pigment, partnering closely with Accounting to ensure actuals are accurately reflected, reconciled, and reported on time.

Own key corporate reports and dashboards in Pigment, ensuring stakeholders across the business have reliable, accurate, and timely access to financial data.

Partner with the Senior Manager, Corporate/G&A FP&A and the FP&A Systems & AI Manager to support broader planning processes and systems initiatives across the Corporate FP&A team.

What you’ll bring

You are a detail-oriented, analytically strong finance professional who thrives on accuracy and ownership. You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple deliverables against firm close and reporting deadlines, and you take pride in being the person others can rely on to get the numbers right.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical finance role.

Experience with headcount and P&L forecasting or consolidation.

Experience supporting executive-level reporting (ELT, Board, or IR), with the ability to work accurately against tight, recurring deadlines tied to close and reporting cycles.

Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with sound analytical judgment and attention to detail.

Comfort operating with a degree of ambiguity, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to global stakeholders.

Ability to work from 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM CT (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT).

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

Hands-on experience with Pigment or a comparable EPM/planning tool (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Planning).

Experience in a public company or high-growth SaaS environment.

Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system as part of the close process.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to ad hoc modeling and cross-functional analysis beyond core reporting responsibilities.

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

Complete Sprout Social’s new hire training & onboarding program alongside other new Sprout team members. You’ll gain a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization.

Partner with your manager to align on early priorities, define success in the role, and build a working command of Sprout’s Pigment environment, corporate reporting cadence, and close process.

Shadow the current close cycle, ELT/Board reporting process, and key corporate dashboards to understand how they come together today.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

Independently owning your portion of the headcount and P&L consolidation process in Pigment.

Contributing directly to ELT, Board, and IR reporting materials with increasing autonomy.

Supporting the close process with accuracy and minimal rework, building trust with Accounting and FP&A partners.

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

Owning key corporate reports and dashboards in Pigment end-to-end, with minimal oversight.

Proactively flagging data or process issues before they become reporting risks.

Taking on ad hoc modeling requests with sound judgment on approach and prioritization.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

Operating as a trusted, go-to analytical partner within the Corporate FP&A team.

Driving improvements to existing reporting processes and dashboards in Pigment, reducing manual effort where possible.

Taking on a broader scope of corporate reporting and modeling responsibilities as the team and business scale.

Of course, what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.
