Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Controlling unserer Tochter- und Teilgesellschaften
  • Analyse von Kostenstrukturen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzial
  • Erstellung von Forecasts, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und Jahresstrategie
  • Optimierung unserer Reporting-Tools und Controlling-Instrumente

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen oder Controlling (Bachelor oder Master)
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling – gerne im Mittelstand
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics o. ä.)
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Lust, wirklich etwas zu bewegen
