  • Selbstständige Durchführung der Lohn. Und Gehaltsabrechnungen (Baulohn) mit DATEV
  • Bearbeitung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen sowie Pflege der Personalstammdaten
  • Erstellung der monatlichen Finanz- und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
  • Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Prüfungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, der Geschäftsleitung und den Projektabteilungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in der Lohn- oder Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Baulohn und DATEV
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
