Finanz- und Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit (25-30 Std./Woche)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Prozessbasierte Bearbeitung von Finanzbuchhaltungen auf der Plattform DATEV (Unternehmen online)
  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Finanzbuchhaltungen auf der Grundlage vorgefertigter, gescannter und/bzw. digitaler Datenbestände
  • Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungspaketen (BWA/Summen- und Saldenliste/Kostenstellen/OPOS)
  • Übermittlung der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen
  • Prozessbasierte Bearbeitung von monatlichen Lohnabrechnungen mit DATEV und Verwendung von digitalen Lohnakten
  • Begleitung von Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
  • Bearbeitung eines festen Mandantenstamms
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Fortbildungen

IHR PROFIL:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Steuerfachangestellte(r); Qualifikation als Steuerfachwirt(in) bzw. Bilanzbuchhalter(in) wäre wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Programmen der DATEV (Kanzlei-Rewe inkl. Unternehmen Online)
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket (Word und Excel)
  • Strukturierte, auftragsorientierte Arbeitsweise nach vorgegebenen Leistungsprozessen
  • Ein angenehmes und sicheres Auftreten
