  • Rechnungsprüfung und -kontierung

  • Durchführen der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Meldeerfordernisse: DEÜV-Meldungen, Krankenkassenbeitragsnachweise, An-/Abmeldung Lohnsteuer, Betriebliche Altersvorsorge usw.
  • Beantworten von Fragen zu Vergütung, Sozialleistungen, Steuer- und Versicherungsabzügen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), Lohnbuchhalter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) oder Steuerfachgehilfe (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). Eine entsprechende Fortbildung allein genügt leider nicht
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung eines mittelständischen Unternehmens
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und seinen Peripheriegeräten, sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit DATEV, Agenda und sichere Beherrschung von MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Sorgfalt sowie Zuverlässigkeit
  • Engagement, Spaß und Motivation im Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
