Wir suchen zum 01.08.2026 eine/-n Mitarbeiter/-in in der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung (30 Std. pro Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten
  • Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Führen der Stunden- und Urlaubskonten
  • Übersicht über Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigungen, Lohnfortzahlung im Krankheitsfall
  • Mutterschutzgeld und Mutterzeit
  • Gewährleistung eines diskreten Umgangs mit Dokumentationen der Lohnbuchhaltung und des Personalwesens
  • genaue Dokumentation aller finanzieller Transaktionen
  • Verwalten von Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten
  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Organisation des Mahnwesens
  • Erstellen von elektronischen Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Führen und Erfassen von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Führen, Überprüfen und digitales Erfassen von Kassenbüchern

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • hohe rechnerische Affinität, Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit
  • neben des Nachweises einer aktuellen Qualifikation auf dem Gebiet der Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung wären auch berufliche Erfahrungen auf diesem Gebiet wünschenswert
