Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung (m/w/d) ab sofort

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Buchung von Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Steuerung und Optimierung des Rechnungseingangsworkflows
  • Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen inklusive Verbuchung
  • Unterstützung der Debitorenbuchhaltung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen vorbereiten und durchführen
  • Pflege der Mitarbeiterstammdaten und zugehöriger Abrechnungsunterlagen
  • Das bringt du mit:
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in Rechnungsprüfung, Zahlungsverkehr und vorbereitender Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässig, organisiert und teamfähig
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse im Wort und Schrift
