Finanzbuchhalter/Accountant (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung der laufenden Buchhaltung am Standort
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive Kontenabstimmungen und Buchungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Pflege des Hauptbuchs sowie Unterstützung bei der Anlagen- und Bestandsbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten und Reports
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und dem internationalen Finance-Team
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung deutscher Rechnungslegungs- und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits sowie Optimierung bestehender Buchhaltungsprozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Accounting, Finance oder vergleichbar oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung, z. B. als Bilanzbuchhalter/in
  • Ca. 3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise in einem Industrie- oder Produktionsunternehmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechnungslegung und steuerlichen Grundlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse , da regelmäßiger Austausch mit der US-amerikanischen Muttergesellschaft besteht
