Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder ähnlichem Berufsbild
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert und von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • SAGE100 Erfahrung wünschenswert, Erfahrung mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware von Vorteil
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS Office Produkten (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (wir arbeiten mit SAGE100) Kontierung und Verbuchungen aller relevanten Belege (Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkonten)
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Überwachung offener Posten
  • Abstimmung von Konten, Klärung buchhalterischer Sachverhalte, Stammdatenpflege, Mahnwesen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • sowie anfallende Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit Finanzbuchhaltung
