Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

Hauptbuchhalter/in in Vollzeit (38 Std.)

Arbeitszeiten: flexible Arbeitszeiten zwischen 7:00 Uhr und 17:00 Uhr

Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Durchführung der Finanz- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Wirtschaftsplanung und Finanzentscheidung, Erstellung des Wirtschaftsplans
  • Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen, Quartalsanalysen und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Abrechnung und Abstimmung aller Kassen

Eigenschaften / Anforderungen:

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • und/oder langjährige Berufserfahrung und ggf. Qualifikation Bilanzbuchhalter/in
  • strukturierte, vorausschauende und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Beherrschung einschlägiger Software (MS-Office, idealerweise Sage o.a. Buchhaltungsprogramm)
