Wir suchen ab sofort in Teil- oder Vollzeit eine/n Finanzbuchhalter/Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • -Eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • -Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs (DATEV)
  • -Abstimmung und Pflege von Sach-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten
  • -Erstellung und Prüfung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • -Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • -Pflege der Personalstammdaten und Bearbeitung lohnrelevanter Änderungen
  • -Abwicklung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens gegenüber Behörden, Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit externer Steuerberatung und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • -Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz-/Lohnbuchhaltung oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Lohnabrechnung mit DATEV (praktische Kenntnisse/Buchung Finanzbuchhaltung mit DATEV zwingend erforderlich!)
  • -Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • -Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • -Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige Kommunikation

Die Stelle kann auch nur für Finanzbuchhaltung vergeben werden, im Idealfall an Personen mit Kenntnissen auch in der Lohnbuchhaltung
