Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise im industriellen Mittelstand
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Haupt-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (R/3 oder S/4HANA) und MS Office
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Diskretion
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorgänge in der Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Haupt- und ggf. Anlagenbuchhaltung)
  • Kontenabstimmung, Buchungskontrolle und Vorbereitung der Monatsabschlüsse
  • Betreuung des Debitorenwesens inkl. Mahnwesen, Bonitätsprüfungen sowie Abwicklung von Nachlaufkonditionen und Lizenzentgelten
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen, Mahnungen sowie WE/RE-Konten im Kreditorenmanagement
  • Steuerung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden Liquidität
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Stammdaten in Haupt-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
