### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Kontierung und Buchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesens
  • Bearbeitung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Überwachung offener Posten und Abstimmung der Konten
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und von statistischen Meldungen

### Ihr Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Wünschenswert wären etwa drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Für Dich ist ein routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen und der DATEV-Software selbstverständlich.
  • Du stellst analytisches Denkvermögen und Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise gern unter Beweis.
  • Du hast ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist ist für Dich genauso wichtig wie für uns.
  • Dein eigener Qualitätsanspruch an Deine Arbeit ist hoch und Du würdest Dich selbst als eigeninitiativ, flexibel und zuverlässig beschreiben.
