Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bearbeitest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Du übernimmst die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Du prüfst, kontierst und buchst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Du kümmerst Dich um Bankbuchungen und Kontenabstimmungen
  • Du überwachst offene Posten und unterstützt im Mahnwesen
  • Du wirkst bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
  • Du pflegst buchhaltungsrelevante Daten und Unterlagen in DATEV

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder Steuerwesen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und ein sicherer Umgang mit buchhalterischen Abläufen
