Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Debitoren, Kreditoren sowie Hauptbuch
  • Mitwirkung in der Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie Pflege der zugehörigen Daten
  • Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Bankkonten sowie Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Überwachung offener Posten inklusive Mahnwesen und Fälligkeitsanalysen
  • Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Unterstützung bei Bonitätsprüfungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlläufen
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Erstellung von Meldungen im Bereich Außenhandel sowie Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Abstimmungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
