Wir suchen Sie! - Zur langfristigen Verstärkung des Finance-Teams eines mittelständischen, innovativen Unternehmens mit Sitz in Regensburg!

  • Es handelt sich um eine direkte Festanstellung (keine Zeitarbeit).
  • Als Personalberater begleiten wir das Recruiting bis hin zu Vertragsunterschrift.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung
  • Belegerfassung, Rechnungsfreigabe sowie Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Überwachung offener Posten und Mahnwesen
  • Kontenpflege und -abstimmung
  • Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen der Finanzbuchhaltung und Abstimmung mit externen Steuerbüro
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitaliserung (z.B. KI-Tools)

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, stellenrelevante Weiterbildung von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware (z.B. DATEV, Lexware)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Technikaffinität und Interesse an digitalen Tools
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
