Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit 20 Stunden , ab sofort.

Aufgaben:

· Kontierung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

· Bearbeitung von Zahlungseingängen und Zahlungsausgängen

· Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs

· Mahnwesen sowie die Überwachung, Prüfung und Klärung offener Posten

· Erfassen und Verbuchen von Kreditkarten- und Reisekostenabrechnungen

· Erstellung von Quartalsabschlüssen sowie Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater/Wirtschaftsprüfer

· Kommunikation mit Behörden und Banken

· Mitarbeit im Controlling, Durchführung von Analysen

· Übernahme von Projektbezogenen Aufgaben

Anforderungen:

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Buchhalter/in

· Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

· Verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Affinität im Umgang mit Zahlen

· Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten und Datev

· Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
