Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Durchführung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • -Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • -Abstimmung von Konten sowie Durchführung von Zahlläufen
  • -Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • -Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
  • -Unterstützung bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
  • -Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • -Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • -Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • -Sichere Kenntnisse im HGB
  • -Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision)
  • -Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • -Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • -Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • -Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
