Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Liquiditätsmanagements
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Statistiken
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und internen Fachbereichen
  • Pflege und Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse

Anforderungsprofil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als:

  • Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d)
  • Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d)
  • Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d)
  • Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie Diskretion
