Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Bearbeitung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkonten
  • -Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Rechnungen
  • -Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Klärung offener Posten
  • -Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiteren steuerlichen Meldungen
  • -Unterstützung bei der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • -Erstellung regelmäßiger Finanzreports und Auswertungen
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d)
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Handels- und Steuerrecht
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen ERP-Systemen
  • -Erfahrung mit SAP oder vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil
  • -Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntniss

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktives Gehalt zwischen 50.000 und 65.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr
  • -Unbefristete Festanstellung
