Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Betreuung von Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • -Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • -Abstimmung und Überwachung von Sach- und Personenkonten
  • -Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • -Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • -Weiterentwicklung bestehender Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • -Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für interne Entscheidungsträger
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Ausbildung

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder vergleichbar

Erfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Praxis im Umfeld von HGB-Abschlüssen

Fachliche Kenntnisse

  • Sicheres Verständnis buchhalterischer Prozesse
  • -Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Umsatzsteuerumfeld

Tools

  • Gängige Buchhaltungssoftware
  • -MS Excel

Sprachen

Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift
