Aufgabengebiet

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Buchung und Prüfung von Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenvorgängen
  • -Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • -Überwachung und Abstimmung offener Posten
  • -Kontenabstimmungen sowie Klärung bilanzieller Sachverhalte
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern
  • -Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen
  • -Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • -Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • -Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
