  • Sie erfassen laufende Geschäftsvorfälle sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar.
  • -Sie prüfen Buchungsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und ordnen diese korrekt zu.
  • -Sie stimmen Konten regelmäßig ab und klären Abweichungen zeitnah.
  • -Sie pflegen Finanzdaten laufend und sichern eine aktuelle Datenbasis.
  • -Sie bereiten Buchungsinformationen für interne Auswertungen auf.
  • -Sie dokumentieren Buchungen strukturiert und nachvollziehbar.
  • -Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team im Rechnungswesen zusammen und stimmen offene Punkte ab.

  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Sie verfügen über praktische Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • -Sie buchen Geschäftsvorfälle sorgfältig und strukturiert.
  • -Sie prüfen Unterlagen zuverlässig und erkennen Unstimmigkeiten.
  • -Sie arbeiten sicher mit Zahlen und behalten auch bei mehreren Vorgängen den Überblick.
  • -Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeit nachvollziehbar und ordentlich.
  • -Sie stimmen sich klar und verbindlich mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen ab.
