Aufgabengebiet

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen
  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei Reportings und Auswertungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im HGB
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
