ÜBER UNS Für unseren Kunden besetzen wir ab sofort folgende Position
in Festanstellung: FINANZBUCHHALTER (M/W/D) DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL
Eigenständige Betreuung der Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Kreditoren-
und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Abstimmung mit der amerikanischen
Muttergesellschaft Prüfung, Buchung und Überwachung von Rechnungen
und Zahlungsverkehr inklusive Mahnwesen für europäische Kunden
Kontenabstimmung, Klärung von Differenzen sowie Pflege der Stammdaten
Bearbeitung von Reisekosten und Spesen sowie Unterstützung im
Tagesgeschäft und bei Sonderprojekten bis hin zu ersten Aufgaben im
Controlling Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
sowie Kommunikation mit Behörden, Banken und externen Partnern
Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen, internen Revisionen und
externen Audits DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossene
kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung in der
(idealerweise internationalen) Buchhaltung Wohnsitz in der Region
Bremen oder im nahen Umland Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägtes
Zahlenverständnis und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise
ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Strukturierte,
selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem
Verantwortungsbewusstsein Teamorientierung, Flexibilität sowie eine
lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise mit guter
