  • Tägliche Erstellung Zahlungen / Lastschriften in Datev und Folgeverarbeitung über Cashprogramm
  • Buchung von Kontoauszügen und Reisekosten
  • Führung der Zentralkasse
  • Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen über DocuWare und Prüfung der Kreditorenkonten
  • Bestellannahme von Absicherungssystemen für die Auslieferungsfahrzeuge der DTV-Gesellschafter, sowie der späteren Weiterbelastung der Systeme
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften
  • Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Anfragen der Systemkunden und DTV-Gesellschafter (z.B. Recherche Rechnungen)
  • Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses mit der eigenständigen Abstimmung mit den Wirtschaftsprüfern für IKS und den Saldenbestätigungen
  • Kundentelefonate
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung/Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder in einem verwandten Bereich
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse erforderlich
  • Sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse und vor allem Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel erforderlich
  • Eigenverantwortliche, teamorientierte, zuverlässige sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Hands-on-Mentalität und eine motivierte Arbeitseinstellung runden Ihr Profil ab
