Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Buchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle• Anlagenbuchhaltung• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Monats-/Halbjahres-/ und Jahresabschlüsse• Erstellung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen• Intercompany - Abstimmung• Erstellung der Umsatzsteuermeldungen im Rahmen der Organschaft• Intrastat - Meldung• Erstellen und Kommentieren von Statistiken und Auswertungen• Unterstützung bei Projekten und kaufmännischen SonderthemenDie wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 25 - 30 Stunden (Teilzeit).
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachangestellten oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung/Rechnungswesen• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics AX wünschenswert, aber keine Bedingung• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift• Gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise• Ziel- und Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke• Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe runden Ihr Profil ab
