Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab 01.10.2026 einen Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) für unser Unternehmen mit Sitz in München.

Ihre neue Herausforderung

  • Kontierung und Verbuchung aller Belege (Zahlungsein- und -ausgänge, Lager, Gehalt, Abschreibungen, Reisekostenabrechnungen etc.)
  • Rechnungsprüfung und -zahlung
  • Kontierung Bankbuchungen
  • Mahnwesen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit DATEV (Durchsicht der Konten und Kostenrechnungsunterlagen, Ausfertigung der Korrekturbuchungen)
  • Korrekte und termingerechte Zahlungen der Steuern an das Finanzamt
  • Erstellung und Prüfung der Zusammenfassenden Meldungen (ZM)
  • Prüfung der Reisekostenabrechnungen und Zahlung
  • Kassenführung
  • Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses
  • Schrift- und Telefonverkehr mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Banken, Steuerberater
  • Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV LODAS

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (gern in Buchhaltung)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Anwenderkenntnisse DATEV wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket
  • Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
