  • in einem stabilen Unternehmensumfeld. Aufgaben Selbstständige
  • Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung Fakturierung von
  • Leistungen sowie Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen, Gutschriften, GWG‑
  • und Sachanlagen Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs inklusive
  • Zahlläufen, Bankbelegen und Skontoprüfung Abwicklung von
  • Reisekostenabrechnungen und SEPA‑Überweisungen Erstellung von
  • regelmäßigen Auswertungen und Umsatzstatistiken nach Kunden und
  • Kostenstellen Prüfung und Übernahme der Standortfakturierung in die
  • Finanzbuchhaltung Durchführung von innerbetrieblichen Verrechnungen
  • sowie Erstellung von Abgrenzungen Erfassung und Buchung monatlicher
  • Bestände sowie Ermittlung von Kostensätzen Unterstützung im
  • Mahnwesen sowie bei jährlichen Aufgaben (z. B. Inventurauswertungen)
  • Pflege von Kunden‑ und Lieferantenstammdate Profil Abgeschlossene
  • kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Finanzbuchhalter,
  • Steuerfachangestellte:r, Industriekaufmann/-frau) Erfahrung in der
  • operativen Finanzbuchhaltung Sicherer Umgang mit Rechnungsprüfung,
  • Zahlungsverkehr und Auswertungen Strukturierte, sorgfältige und
  • eigenständige Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein Perspektiven Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit
  • einer 30-Stunden-Woche 30 Tagen Urlaub Mobiles Arbeiten
