Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie erfassen und bearbeiten laufende Geschäftsvorfälle in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • -Sie prüfen Buchungsunterlagen auf Vollständigkeit und sorgen für eine nachvollziehbare Ablage.
  • -Sie stimmen Konten ab und klären offene Buchungsvorgänge mit den zuständigen Ansprechpersonen.
  • -Sie bereiten Buchungsdaten für Auswertungen und Abschlüsse auf.
  • -Sie pflegen Stammdaten und halten relevante Finanzdaten aktuell.
  • -Sie bearbeiten eingehende Anfragen zu Buchungsvorgängen sorgfältig und zeitnah.
  • -Sie strukturieren Unterlagen für das Rechnungswesen und unterstützen einen geordneten Ablauf.
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und in laufenden Buchungsvorgängen.
  • -Praxis in der Prüfung, Erfassung und Zuordnung von Buchungsunterlagen.
  • -Sorgfalt bei der Kontenabstimmung und bei der Pflege von Finanzdaten.
  • -Verständnis für strukturierte Abläufe im Rechnungswesen.
  • -Fähigkeit, offene Vorgänge nachvollziehbar zu klären und zu dokumentieren.
