  • IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Tagesaktuelle Verbuchung der Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Laufende Bearbeitung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Überwachung offener Posten und Mahnwesen
  • Fristgerechte Zahlungsabwicklung der Kreditoren
  • Unterstützung in Finanzdisposition, E-Banking, Zahlungsverkehr und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Finanzbereich
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder steuerfachliche Ausbildung
  • Fortgeschrittener Umgang mit DATEV Rechnungswesen oder alternativ vergleichbarer Software
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
