Finanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) bis 59.000 € pro Jahr

  • Wen wir suchen
  • Wir suchen ab sofort im Rahmen der direkten Personalvermittlung für unseren Kunden in Düsseldorf einen
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Ausgangsrechnungen in enger Abstimmung mit den operativen Fachbereichen
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Überwachung und Klärung offener Posten
  • Laufende Kontenabstimmungen und Bearbeitung von Differenzen
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und abrechnungsrelevanten Themen im Bereich Immobilienmanagement (z. B. Betriebskostenabrechnungen)
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-Systemen, idealerweise DATEV
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und organisatorischem Geschick
