Finanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) FMCG

  • Als (Junior) Finanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) in Festanstellung sind Sie bei unserem Kunden, einem mittelständischen Unternehmen aus der Lebensmittelbranche mit Sitz in der Hamburger Innenstadt bestens aufgehoben.
  • Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Abwicklung der Buchhaltungsvorgänge mit Diamant 4
  • Prüfung von Eingangs- und Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Erfassung und Abwicklung von Reklamationen
  • Erstellung von Intrastat- und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Büro-, Industrie- oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann /-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, Debitoren- oder Kreditorenbuchhaltung ist von Vorteil, aber auch BerufseinsteigerInnen sind willkommen
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche ist ein Plus
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Excel und ERP-Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine engagierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und eine aufgeschlossene und lernwillige Art runden Ihr Profil ab
