  • Die Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Ludwigslust mbH (StEL) sucht zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine engagierte und erfahrene Finanzbuchhalterin (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs (Ein- und Auszahlungen)
  • Abwicklung von Bankbuchungen sowie Abstimmung der Bankkonten
  • Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur Bilanzbuchhalterin (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Gute Kenntnisse im HGB
  • Kenntnisse mit Wodis Sigma und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
