## Jobbeschreibung:

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Finanzbuchhalterin / Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Buchhaltung.

  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inkl. Mahnwesen, offenen Posten und Zahlungsvorschlägen
  • Kontenabstimmungen sowie Verbuchung von Kontoauszügen und Kasse
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und Zusammenfassenden Meldung
  • Pflege und Klärung offener Posten im Kreditorenbereich
  • Auswertungen für Geschäftsführung, Versicherungen und Statistiken
  • Buchungen im Zeiterfassungssystem

Ihr Profil:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit.

Arbeitszeit: 10 Stunden pro Woche, verteilt auf zwei Tage mit jeweils fünf Stunden.

Die Beschäftigung erfolgt befristet für die Dauer einer Krankheitsvertretung. Eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung ist gewährleistet, da die Übergabe durch die derzeitige Vertretung erfolgt.
