Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) und Datev
  • Bearbeitung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung
  • Buchung der Kreditkarten, Bearbeitung der Reisekosten
  • Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung von Differenzen
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiteren steuerlichen Meldungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Stellvertretende Betreuung der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Buchhaltungsprozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sind wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) und Datev
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
